Make brochures
work for you!
- Send
a welcome card to first time visitors
inviting them to call if they have
follow-up questions. Enclose a
brochure that targets any particular
issues that may have arisen during
their appointment.
- In
addition to displaying brochures in your
own office, get permission to set up
displays in referring practitioner's
offices, health clubs, yoga and Pilates
studios, community co-ops, senior centers
or wherever the people you want to serve
are likely to see and pick them up. Make
sure people associate the benefits described
in your brochures with you.
- Create
a single-panel insert explaining your
hours, rates, areas of specialization — whatever
sets you apart. Or let us personalize
the back for you. When networking with
practitioners who may refer to you, reinforce
your first impression with a follow-up
letter or card and include a brochure
that targets their particular concerns.
- Create
interest in your practice by writing
an article for the newspaper or your
own client newsletter in which you encourage
people to call you, without obligation,
to request free brochures on particular
topics.
