Can you tell me something about business cards I haven't heard before?

How do I create a Business Card?

Visit our Business Card webpage and click "Get Started." If you have an account, you can also go to Your Account page and choose the "Design a new Business Card" option under "Manage your business cards." What you do then should be pretty obvious, but in a nutshell, select a design, enter and format your text, try out different designs if you like, and select an optional back. Click "Ready to Order!" to review and approve your work, then add it to your cart.

Can I get printing on the back?

Yes, and it's free. You can choose from a variety of ready-made text backs (printed in black), such as Special Offers, Appointment Reminders and inspirational quotes. Most of our designs leave space for you to write a short note.

How reliable is the color shown on my screen?

Colors vary greatly across computer monitors and can never exactly predict the final printed version of your card. In addition, colors can vary slightly between one printing of your business card and the next (and sometimes even within a job). This is true of any printing process.

Any other variations I should expect?

Due to the mechanical process used in cutting your business cards, there can be slight differences between jobs, and sometimes within a job, where the business card is cut (the “trim” line). We have included a safety margin on our designs to allow for these variations. If your text has been cut off, please let us know right away. We will reprint the job.

Do I need to register for an account?

You can experiment as much as you want without having an account. But to purchase your cards or save your work for later, you will need to create an account and login. Once you have an account, your card will always be accessible through Your Account page to reorder and/or edit.

Can I save a card to finish later?

You can save your card on your account at any time. When you're ready to work on it again, go to Your Account page. Your card will be listed as saved (with the date and time it was saved) under "Manage your business cards." Click on the card and you will be taken to a page where you can edit it.

How long do I have to complete a card?

Take all the time you need. If you want to save your work and return to it later, create an account. You can then access your card on Your Account page whenever you're ready to work on it.

When will I be charged?

You will be charged for your Business Card when you complete the checkout and payment process on our secure site.

Can I change a card after I've added it to my cart?

Yes. Delete it from your cart. Then, go to your Account Page and find your card in the Saved category. You can delete the card or open it up and start working on it again.

Can I change an order once I've paid?

No. Once you have paid for your card, it goes directly to the printer. We sometimes have a small window in which we can contact our printer to stop your job. Call us the minute you realize you need to cancel and we will do our best. Our printer may charge a cancellation fee.

How will my cards be shipped?

To expedite your order, your cards will be shipped directly from our printer (by UPS) to the street address you supply during checkout. P.O Boxes are not accepted. Sorry, fast shipping is not available for business cards.

How long does it take once I order?

Once your order is placed, please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. Times vary depending on the size of the order and your location.

Can I have more than one Business Card design?

Absolutely! As many as you like.

Can I get mix and match discounts if I order more than 1 card together?

No. You get great discounts for ordering larger quantities of the same card, but not for ordering several cards together. We wish we could offer mix and match pricing as we do with our other products, but because of the way business cards are printed, we can't.

How do I reorder?

Piece of cake. Logon to our website with your password. Your card is listed on Your Account page under "Manage your business cards." Just follow the links to reorder.

Can I make changes before reordering?

Sure. Instead of clicking "reorder," click "edit." Make your changes and save for later or add to your cart. Your original purchased card will still appear (by date) in the Purchased list. You can delete it if you will not need it again.

Can I create a new card based on one I've already purchased?

Sure. You might want to do this if you wanted some of your cards to have a "Special Offer" back, and the rest to have a blank back. Or perhaps several of you in the same office want your cards to look alike. Under "Manage your business cards," click "Edit" for the card you want to match. Make your changes, and save for later or add to your cart. Your original card will still appear in the Purchased list (by date). You can reorder it anytime.

What is your Business Card guarantee?

You are a great customer who deserves the best! If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please let us know. We want to work with you to make sure you are happy.

If there is a printing defect or shipping problem, we will fix it. Please look at your cards the minute they arrive and contact us immediately, and no later than 5 days after you receive your order, for the best resolution of any problem.
