
We ship most orders by the next business
day and arrive in a timely fashion — but
holidays are a hectic time of the year for package delivery. Follow
these suggestions to make sure your holiday supplies are delivered
to the right place at the right time:
• THE
EARLIER YOU ORDER THE BETTER.
Add a 2-3 business day "pad" to
regular shipping times. Winter storms, holiday volumes and temporary
mail delivery workers can all delay delivery schedules.
• OUR
GUARANTEE FOR FAST SHIPPING.
Due
to heavy traffic and seasonal weather uncertainties, shippers suspend
their guarantees October through December. If you have
paid for overnight, 2-day, or 3-day fast shipping, our guarantee
to you is that if the shipper is more than one full business day
late with your shipment, WE will refund your shipping (regular
ground shipping charges are non-refundable).
• BE
SURE TO GIVE A COMPLETE SHIPPING ADDRESS.
Take time to check your
address is complete. If applicable, please provide the suite
or apartment number and any extra bits such as: Street, Ave.,
Road, NW, SE, etc.
• BE
PREPARED IF YOU WON'T BE THERE.
For home deliveries it
is up to the discretion of the delivery driver wether or not
to leave a package at your door. You can try leaving a note with
your signature with instruction to leave it if you prefer. For
commercial deliveries FedEx will NOT leave packages at a commercial/business
address. If you know you will not be there to recieve your package,
please give us an alternate address for shipping.

will work with you and the shipper to resolve the situation
as quickly as possible.

If you placed an order by phone, please
call us for a tracking number. We would also be happy to track
it for you. If you placed an order online, a tracking number
will be emailed to you.
