Help / Frequently asked questions
Our website works best when using the latest versions
of Safari, Chrome or Firefox.
If you must use Explorer,
make sure you are using the latest version. (click links
to download)
If you are registered and logged in, go to Your
Account and click on
"View Existing
Newsletters" to see already purchased newsletters. Or, if you have
saved but not yet purchased your newsletter, click
on "Continue with saved for later newsletter" to pick up
where you left off.
Your newsletters always reflect the last work
you have done on any newsletter. This means, if you have updated
your newsletter title or your return address, for example, you do
not need to update each issue separately.
Previously uploaded banners, logos, promos
and articles are still available to choose on the edit pages
for those items.
If you want to preserve the newsletter exactly
as you purchased it the first time, be sure to save a copy of
your downloads to your computer or a disk.
You can click "Save for Later" at
any time. When you're ready to work on it again, go to Your
Account. Your newsletter will be listed as saved
(with the date and time it was saved) under "Manage your
Newsletters."
Click on the newsletter you want to edit and you will be taken
to the input page where you can make changes.
Take all the time you need. If you want
to save your work and return to it later, create an account.
You can then access your newsletter on Your
Account whenever you're ready
to work on it.
You will be charged for your newsletter when
you complete the checkout and payment process on our secure
site.
Yes. You can change it and redownload it anytime
at no additional cost.
No. That's one way we keep the price so reasonable.
When you download a newsletter, just save it on your computer. You
can print directly from your computer to your own color printer,
or you can burn it onto a CD and take it to your local copy center.
More and more copy centers are also allowing you to submit print jobs
online through their website, which even eliminates the need to burn
a CD.
Yes, there is a special version of
the newsletter which can easily be added as a separate page
to your website. You can find more information in the README

Colors vary considerably
across computer monitors and one can never perfectly predict
the final colors of a printed product. Ink will also vary
from one printer to another. However, if your printer normally
prints color to your satisfaction, we are pretty sure
you will like the results.
Once you have completed the checkout process,
you can download and use your newsletter immediately.
Absolutely! At no
extra cost, you can go to your newsletter anytime and make changes
to any customizable area.
Your newsletters always reflect the last
work you have done on any newsletter. If you want to preserve
the newsletter exactly as you purchased it the first time,

For the web and email version, yes!
For the print version, you can replace the
article on the back of the newsletter (or the photo and quote
in column 3 of the same page) with your
own article. If you have Acrobat
Professional, you can open the pdf files and edit text, but
the software is very expensive and its editing capabilities
are very basic.
You are welcome
to create your own newsletter by copying and pasting the
text from the email or web version into your own word processor
or layout program. You will need to supply your own graphics,
however, because our own license on the graphics prohibits
distribution of the graphics separate from the product that
uses them.
If you find typographical errors in anything
we have created, please let us know right away and we will fix it.
If you find an
error in the custom information you have entered, go to Your
Account from which you can edit information
and download the newsletter again.
On the web and
email versions, yes. The printed versions, no, unless you
have the software that allows you to edit pdf files.
It is fine to use text from the newsletters
in your other promotional materials, as well as your banner
and the promotional. It is not ok to use the graphics that
illustrate articles in other contexts. Our own license for
these graphics does not permit us to sell the graphics separately
from the products that use them.
We thank you for respecting the terms of our
license so that we can continue to offer varied and
high quality graphics in our products.
