What
happens after I submit this form?
1.
We will register you with a user account
(if you do not already have
one).
2.
We will put your existing layout(s) online.
3.
We
will notify you by email that your layouts are available
within
a week.
4.
To use your layouts, log onto your secure
account. Your shopping cart will give you the
option to choose a layout for products that can be personalized.
5.
To request changes to any layout, view Your Account Page, and
go to Manage Your Layouts.
