The long and short of it is I miss you.
You and I used to chat every time you called. You’d tell me how you were doing, how your business was doing, what your plans were. I loved to talk to you. When I got to visit with you for two minutes I could do my job better. I had an idea of the challenges you faced and what tools or ideas you needed to help you succeed. Just like when you talk to your clients before you begin your work with them.
Between us, you and I came up with some pretty good ideas. The absolute best phone calls for me were when you called back to tell me our original thought didn’t do so well, but you had tweaked a few things and now you were merrily rolling along. (I loved that. You took the time to call and you tailor-made my advice to fit you. Nice.)
So now we have a pretty decent shopping cart on our site and you can order any time and I’ve changed jobs so I’m not on the phone any more.
I miss you.
There are still all these fabulous ideas zinging ‘round in my head. It seems like a blog is the best way to release them into the wild. Check in here a couple times a week to see what crossed my path during my shower or an oil change. Many of these thoughts are in raw form. They are for you to take, tame and make into your own.
And the best thing is, you can tell me how it worked for you; good or bad. You can post questions asking for my thoughts on a challenge you’re facing. You can talk to other practitioners who may be in the same boat.
All my best,
Eileen
Forecast: I think the next two entries will be about something new my MT is doing. New for her, that is. It seems to be working well for her. Check back.

Awe that’s so sweet! And I only called the one time, still, it’s nice to be missed. Hey, here’s a marketing idea…I’ll add you to my blogroll if you add me to yours.
What do ya say?

Hey Beth–
Thanks for checking in.
I’m putting together the preliminary blogroll this week and I’m focusing on business-building type sites. HOWEVER, my plan is to have an entry at least once a month that has a list of groovy blogs I find in my daily web travels.
Your blog is very well designed and your enties are positive and a fine insight into using reiki in your *whole* life so I will definitely be including you in the aforementioned groovy blog entry.
In the meantime: Check her out, gang!
