Hello from Josh in Customer Service Land! We’ve been really excited about the approaching fall season. All year long, we’ve helped you nurture your business. Now, during the fall and winter, we’ll help many of you plan for the holiday rush and coming year. And if you’ve got a plan, we’ll work hard to help you realize it.
Just today I worked with Daniel on the wording for his post card promotion (there were many sips of coffee between the both of us… it was the first call of the day), I helped Judy and many others place their orders for gift certificates before the holiday rush, I gave the warehouse a hand double-checking the orders going out today, I brain-stormed the best way to promote Jill’s new office (and after our call was over, sent her a ‘Congrats’ card for starting anew), and I walked Debbie through the business card process on our website.
We love hearing your stories, and we’re thrilled to help all of you reach people through marketing naturally. We talk to you, learn from you, and do our best to match you with the resources that will help you meet your goals. If we don’t have what you need, we’re happy to point you in a good direction.
