I love the idea about individual cards with specialties- it&#039;s critical to target people&#039;s needs. (Create your top 3).
And the &quot;Thanks&quot; card is really neat because everyone likes to be acknowledged for their efforts. As the One Minute Manager says, &quot;Catch them doing something good!&quot;
