I would argue that the first step is understanding who your ideal clients are.  Then ask &quot;What do they value, appreciate and NEED from me?&quot;

I agree (how could I not?) that less-than-ideal clients are energy vampires. MTs/Bodyworkers are so Giving that they forget to protect themselves and their business.
