For a client newsletter that really looks like your own, let me lead you through your options to create something truly unique.

Pen your own article

First of all, if you have time, motivation and ideas of your own you would like to express, you can write your own article. In 200 words or less, you can write about a new service or technique, remind clients about gift certificates, thank clients for referring new people, offer specials or expound on your passion, whether that’s getting regular treatments, practicing self-care, or pet massage! Your article will replace one of the two articles on the mailing surface page, or the mailing surface itself. It will also be added to the email and web versions of your newsletter, leaving all the other articles as they are.

Add your own graphics

Return address with logo

It's easy to upload a logo to go right into the return address.

If you have a business logo you use on your other marketing materials, by all means add it to the newsletter. It’s easy to have it placed by the return address.

You can also add your very own banner. This could include your logo, or even a photo of you or your business. It may look best to combine your title and tagline text with your graphics. To make that happen, you do need to have Photoshop (or an equivalent) and know how to use it. Or maybe you have a web designer who can provide that for you. Just check out the specifications on the banner page.

newsletter banner

If you have the ability, create and upload your very own banner to your newsletters.

promotional

Choose from many cool promos, or create and upload your own.

Finally, you can upload your own promotionals. You also have the option of placing a large logo or map of your location there. Again, you need to use Photoshop or have a designer help you meet the specifications you’ll see on that page.
