Stephanie: I enjoy working with diverse people; between our staff and our customers, I am never in short supply. I have worked in customer service oriented jobs over the past 24 years and I absolutely love the manner in which NTM caters to our customers. Heather and Gordon empower the staff to make our own decisions. This level of trust ensures that we can provide the best customer service experience our clientele deserves. I go to work and I get to be a problem solver, which is something that brings me great joy. I have a keen eye for aesthetics and interior design. Rarely is there a day where I have not mentally rearranged and made over a room... usually the one I am occupying.
